Scott currently serves as director of the HOP. Passionate to see Gods people equipped and devoted to Him in prayer, Scott regularly presides over various prayer meetings, scripture meditations, and teaching sessions held throughout the week at the HOP. Prior to his current assignment at the House of Prayer, Scott served for over twenty years in youth ministry, worship leading and associate pastor capacities. He has a passion to raise up a generation who love God whole-heartedly and are radically devoted to Jesus in living a "sermon on the mount" lifestyle. Scott longs to see this generation equipped in truth and "fathered" into their destinies as a righteous generation without spot or wrinkle, mature and prepared for the second coming of Jesus. Scott is also Senior Pastor at Forerunner Christian Fellowship in Springfield as well as doing some itinerate ministry. He and his wife Kelly have been married over 31 years and have two children and three grandchildren.
Greg has been a part of HOP since 2005. He has overseen all areas of operation with the HOP from building maintenance/remodeling and business/financial manager to ministry coordinator. Greg has a heart to see men, their families, and all people come to a place of healing, deliverance and wholeness; living from the heart Jesus gave them. He is passionate to help people grow in maturity, overcoming their traumas and wounds by bringing Jesus into the center of their life allowing the transforming power of the love of Jesus will heal and deliver them. He believes all people need a loving community to belong to so they can grow in love and service for one another, and to live daily in a place of joy that comes from deep intimacy with Jesus. Greg prior to being a part of the HOP has served the body of Christ as Elder, Men’s Group Leader/Coordinator, Cell Group Leader and counselor in the areas of addiction and marriage. Greg and his wife Mary have been married for over 37 years with 4 children and 9 grandchildren.
Erin Ford has been a worship leader at the House of Prayer since 2009. She married her husband, Justin, in 2010 and they have two beautiful little girls, Eliana and Adeline. After graduating from college in 2007, Erin felt the Lord was calling her to spend a season dedicated to Him and moved to her family's then home in Kansas City where she attended Intro to IHOP in 2007/2008 before moving back to her hometown of Springfield to join the HOP. Erin and Justin feel like they are called to be involved with the prayer movement, music ministry, and international ministry as a family. Justin is presently employed full time and plays at the HOP when he can and Erin is a stay at home mom and worship leader. They love spending time with family and friends, playing music, and cooking and eating yummy food.
Rachel has been a part of the prayer movement for the last 11 years. She's worked with ministries such as the THECALL and IHOP-KC. She is currently the director of FCF’s Kingdom Kids children's ministry and is also part of the prophetic pastoral team of the HOP. She currently sings on several worship teams at the HOP.
Blaine is currently serving as a musician at the HOP. He is also studying music and literature. He plans to become involved with international ministry once he has completed his studies. Blaine's heart is to see today's youth awakened to the reality of whom they were made to be; that Christ has lovingly created each person with a plan, and for a purpose.
Rodney Kneller has been involved in church music since a young age. He has filled various roles on many music teams and currently serves as bassist, acoustic guitarist, backup singer and worship leader at FCF & IHOP Springfield. He enjoys all of these but his musical first love and greatest zeal revolve around the BASS! His passion is that our corporate music experience be an expression of our love for Jesus fueled by strong theology and filled with the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Rodney and his wife Jacqueline live in Springfield with their 4 children.
