Scott Beauchamp
Scott currently serves as director of the HOP. Passionate to see Gods people equipped and devoted to Him in prayer, Scott regularly presides over various prayer meetings, scripture meditations, and teaching sessions held throughout the week at the HOP. Prior to his current assignment at the House of Prayer, Scott served for over twenty years in youth ministry, worship leading and associate pastor capacities. He has a passion to raise up a generation who love God whole-heartedly and are radically devoted to Jesus in living a "sermon on the mount" lifestyle. Scott longs to see this generation equipped in truth and "fathered" into their destinies as a righteous generation without spot or wrinkle, mature and prepared for the second coming of Jesus. Scott is also Senior Pastor at Forerunner Christian Fellowship in Springfield as well as doing some itinerate ministry. He and his wife Kelly have been married over 31 years and have two children and three grandchildren.
Greg Dukett
Greg has been a part of HOP since 2005. He has overseen all areas of operation with the HOP from building maintenance/remodeling and business/financial manager to ministry coordinator. Greg has a heart to see men, their families, and all people come to a place of healing, deliverance and wholeness; living from the heart Jesus gave them. He is passionate to help people grow in maturity, overcoming their traumas and wounds by bringing Jesus into the center of their life allowing the transforming power of the love of Jesus will heal and deliver them. He believes all people need a loving community to belong to so they can grow in love and service for one another, and to live daily in a place of joy that comes from deep intimacy with Jesus. Greg prior to being a part of the HOP has served the body of Christ as Elder, Men’s Group Leader/Coordinator, Cell Group Leader and counselor in the areas of addiction and marriage. Greg and his wife Mary have been married for over 37 years with 4 children and 9 grandchildren.
Amy Bachman
Amy has a passion to serve the body of Christ and has been a part of the HOP Springfield family since 2011. Whether teaching in the children's ministry, singing on the worship team, or using her administration skills to organize the scheduling for the childrens and worship ministry her desire is to see hearts and identity unlocked by the love of God. As Children’s Ministry Coordinator, Amy’s roles include researching and selecting curriculum, scheduling of teachers, overseeing community building activities and communication with parents.
Mini Mathew
Mini has been a part of the HOP family since 2015. Her role involves serving the International community at the church and at the university through ISF (ministry reaching out to Internationals). She is part of ISF's core team that plan and organize events both spiritual and social. She also serves in the areas of media and women's ministry at the HOP. Her heart's passion is to help others grow in their walk with God and to help them keep maturing as a whole person, mind and spirit. Discipleship, bible study, prayer counseling and practical help are some of the ways that she loves to invest in others.
